Kaitlyn Ann Vincie

Kaitlyn Ann Vincie was born on December 10, 1987 and is an American journalist. She is employed by the Fox NASCAR team as a reporter and presents in their news and updates on a daily basis. show NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie was first drawn to stock car racing after she was given a pitlane pass. She then graduated from Christopher Newport University and worked as a reporter for Langley Speedway. When SceneDaily published her self-made videos blogs about NASCAR the sport, she received a lot of attention. Vincie was born on December 10, 1987 in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and was raised firstly in Bridgewater prior to moving with her family to Warrenton after Vincie had entered high school. She is the youngest daughter of John and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's mother Eleanor N. Logan was an educator in the fifth grade while her grandfather was on faculty at Bridgewater College. Journalism was something she'd always had an interest in from an early age. Vincie graduated in 2006 from Fauquier High School. She competed in track and field events, and also worked as a director for the school's wrestling team for four years. She took home the 800m relay in the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie got to know Al Pearce, a journalist who mentored and gave Vincie lots of advice. Vincie graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in communication. Vincie was an intern at the athletics department at the university, and had a similar job with the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After securing a pit lane access to the NASCAR All-Star Race, Vincie finished her thesis for her senior year on gender-based disparities in auto racing. She mentions Krista Voda as well as Wendy Venturini as her inspirations.
